How do you construct a a circumcenter of a triangle?
And a circumscribed circle?

We have triangle $\displaystyle ABC$.

Constuct the perpendicular bisector of side $\displaystyle AB$
$\displaystyle \;\;$ and the perpendicular bisector of side $\displaystyle BC$.
They will intersect at point $\displaystyle O$, the circumcenter.

Distances $\displaystyle OA,\,OB,\,OC$ will be equal.
$\displaystyle \;\;$ Use $\displaystyle r\,=\,OA$ for the radius and $\displaystyle O$ for the center.
$\displaystyle \;\;$Draw the circle.
