Test tomorrow, can't find my book, please help!!

Hello.

I need help with studying for my Geometry test tomorrow!!

I have an example problem, but if anybody has any tips or information they think would be helpful for me to know, PLEASE tell me, I need all the help i can get.

Here's the example of what we've been working on. I just can't figure out how to solve it, and since my Geo. book is MIA, i'm confused:

Find the area of the shaded region.

the picture is of a circle with two lines going from the center point to the edge. the two lines create the angle of 82º and the radius of the lines is 10.

not very good description, but put it there just in case the link doesn't work. :?

If anyone is able to explain any of the other problems in that link/quiz, please tell me. the whole topic confuses me, and i can't seem to find any decent site that will directly explain what i have to do.

Wrong picture. That one is
A=pi*(r+3.5)²-pi*r² where r = 12

This one is
A=(the angle)/(360)*(the area of the circle)
