In your opinion, what is the basic difference between a teacher and a tutor regardless of subject?

Is there a difference? Both should seek to enable you to find the solutions to your questions yourself. However, life isn't perfect so this is not always possible because of the constraints of time and means e.g. an internet platform and not every person is good at it, be it a teacher or a tutor.

1. A teacher deals with more students simultaneously.

2. Makes more money than a tutor.

3. Teaching full-time is a career.

4. A teacher has less time to dedicate to students individually, especially in large city public schools.

5. A teacher has to attend endless, senseless, staff meetings with the principal and assistant principal all year-round.
