If two graphs are located in the xy plane and y=5x and y= 0.5x , what would be closest to tangent?

a. 1.3
b. 1.7
c. 2.0
d. 2.3

* I have no idea where to start or even if I stated the question correctly.

Can't you just copy it directly?

It makes no sense as presented.
 
I know it makes no sense and i am basically going off memory of a test i took and the question was similar. Can you think of anything I could be missing in this question?
