Tangent problem, Please help.

Hello and welcome to FMH! 
1.) Decide in which quadrant(s) the angle \(x\) may reside. I would assume here that \(0^{\circ}\le x<360^{\circ}\).
2.) Divide both sides of the equation by 3.
3.) Take the inverse tangent of both sides.
4.) Add whatever angle(s) are necessary to account for all relevant quadrants.
5.) Round all values as instructed.
What do you find?
