Can anyone help with this problem?

I have absolutely no idea about tangent lines

f(x) = 2xe^(2x) + 1 find an equation of the tangent line at point x = 0

can anybody help? I dont have the slightest clue

thanks

here is more than a clue ...

1. find f'(x)

2. evaluate f'(0) ... this will be your slope

3. (0,f(0)) will be the point of tangency on the curve

4. use the point-slope form of a linear equation to find the tangent line ...
y - f(0) = f'(0)(x - 0)

5. you're done.

I appreciate the help,it's impossible sometimes to go just by the book to get the answers, i'd probably have been on this all night.

thanks again
