HI need fast help please.
A(2,4), B(6,6), C(7,1) are three vertices of a parallelogram. What are the coordinates of the fourth vertex of the parallelogram? Identify all the solutions.

Three soloution

Plot the points on a graph.
Draw lines through them in all possible combinations.
Remember that parallelograms have opposite sides with equal slopes. Can you see places now where you could draw lines that are parallel to the lines you have already drawn that would create parallelograms???

This is a good method to solve the problem. However the problem can be solved with a system of equalities.

If you could find the equations of the lines that form the two sides adjacent to vertex D, you could solve these simultaneous equations to find point D.

Hint: Slope of line BC equals slope of line AD.

Keep plugging, write if you need more help.
