Hello all, I'm new to this forum, nice to meet you all.
My problem is I have no idea where to go from this problem or if im setting it up wrong
Here is a screenshot,

I apologize for the small font, I am unable to maximize it , i hope you are able to read it. If not, i will rewrite the problem down below,
Question:
A chemist needs 2 liters of a 12% acid solution. He has a 10% solution available to form the mixture. How much of each should be used to form the 12% solution?
The chemist needs to mix [insert answer] liters of 10% solution with [insert answer] liters of 20% solution to make 2 liters of a 12% acid solution (simplify your answers)
So I have a couple notes on how to set up the overall problem.
first i would make two equations one equation would be x+y=2 and 0.10x+0.20y=0.24 I think.
Im just really confused I dont know where to begin.
Respond as soon as you can thank you.
