to plot it would help to get the equation in the form y= values of x and a constant. This would be a straight line

0=-5x + 9 -3y
add 3y to each side of = sign
3y=-5x + 9
divid both sides of = sign by 3 to get y alone
y=-5/3 x +3
I would make a table of x values, in steps of 3 so we have no fractions, and the resulting y values

0.....3
3.....-2
6.....-7
-3....8
-6....13
you only need 2 x values to plot a straight line

y=2/3 x -4
x=0...y=-4
