Need help with these. Was going to get help from a teacher in our mathlab but they had to close and she couldnt help me.

(-4v^7/3)(2v^-1/3) and 3x^2/3 over 7x

Please give us a clue as to what you already know about simplifying algebraic expressions.

Do you know the rule of exponents that tells you what to do when you multiply two powers having the same base together?

Do you know how to add fractions?

Please show whatever work that you've been able to do.

Please ask a question, so that we know how to help guide you.

Cheers,

~ Mark :)

Hint:

Use

\(\displaystyle \frac{a^m}{a^n} \, = \, a^{m-n}\)
