Please tell us the context in which you found this equation. How are the variables defined, and what is the subject being discussed? That's much more important than mere guesses about what it could mean, or means elsewhere. It's even possible that the symbol is defined for you in the context.

The double bar is not being used in the most conventional ways here. We do need to know more context to give you an answer. Is anything in the equation a matrix?? What is the equation about?? Please post the entire context where you found the equation.

Ok it was in seminar from texas instrument called slup263.pdf
Purpose of this eq is to plot Gain of resonant circuit.
I figure it out. I never saw this way of using this symbol but in electrotechnics its way how to parralel impedances.
Thanks for response. This solved guy called Grossel in electro-tech-online.com

Many of the symbols seem to relate to electronics. (It's also common to use "j" to represent complex numbers in electronics work, which seems to fit here.)

IF the context is indeed electronics, then that symbol basically means "in parallel with". More fully, it means "the resultant impedance obtained when the LHS impedance is placed in parallel with the RHS impedance". So, a||b would be the same as 1/(1/a+1/b)
