How do you find the surface area of a triangular prism?
The methods used will vary with the information provided. For further information, you might try studying lessons on geometry web sites, studying a geometry text, or enrolling in a geometry course. :D

You need to find the area of each surface and add them together. Since the ends are equal, find the area of one end and double it. Then you can find the perimeter of one end and multiply that by the height of the prism. Add that to the areas of the ends and you have it.
