Subtracting Rational Expressions - Help Needed!

What are the steps to the simplest form:

___2___ - __3__
5w + 10 ........ 2w - 4

Should the signs be reversed?

I know you learned how to add fractions! Get a common denominator and simply add them.

-11w-38/10(w+2)(w-2)

Good work. Just one tiny thing.

(-11w-38)/[10(w+2)(w-2)]

The parentheses DO make a difference. Remember the order of operations?
