Hello everybody im
new to this website but I really need help im taking basic math at college but I'm having somewhat trouble remembering the setup on how to solve the problems for example this is one. It's a solving proportion ratio and percent story problems ... Question is ... An ad for a weekly magazine says that if you buy it in a store it costs $4.00 per issue if you subscribe ,you can save 44% how much will you save if you subscribe for 1 year instead of buying the magazine every week... My problem is finding how to setup the problem if anybody could help I'll appreciate it

Total cost of buying from store/year = 4 * 52 = 208

Savings = 44% of $208 = 0.44 * $ 208 = $ 91.52
