I have the solution for STEP I 1992 Q1:
Today’s date is June 26th 1992 and the day of the week is Friday. Find which day of the week was April 3rd 1905, explaining your method carefully. [September, April, June and November have 30 days and all the rest have 31, except February which has 28 days and 29 days in each leap year.]
