Hi there,
Shout if you think this post is uncalled for, but I'm a bit rusty on the old probability and statistics. Just wondering if you could expand on some phrases from my lecture today that stumped me, in lay-mans terms if possible.
Cheers buds
distinguishable and indistinguishable events
permutations and factorials
combinations and binomial coefficients
Now I know about the binomial coefficients, [n!]/[(r!)(n-r)!] etc etc
Any help appreciated.
Cheers
Josh
