Statistics: solve 'z = (x - u)/o' for x, u, and o

Let Z = (x - u)/o. SOlve this equation for x, u, and o.

Those are actually Greek letters. I just not know how to put them in.

You're kidding, right? Very simple algebra. Had you posted this in the algebra section, I would not find it so curious. In "Probability/Statistics" I have to find it difficult to believe that you cannot solve such an equation for each of the variables.

Then replace the Greek letters with Latin letters of your choice, solve as usual, and then put the Greek letters back.

Grab your friends and line them up in order. Why do the symbols create a problem? Use any symbol you like.

1 + 1 = 2 for Greeks, Russians, Brazillians, Canadians, and on and on and on.
