Statistics - 5-Number Summary?

Can anyone please explain to me what a 5-Number Summary is in Statistics? Like how do I find it if I have about 40 numbers with some that repeat?

If I recall correctly, they're wanting the minimum, the maximum (also known as Q₄), the median (Q₂), the first-quartile upper limit Q₁, and the third-quartile upper limit Q₃.
