d=the square root of (x2-x1)power of 2 + (y2-y1)power of 2

do u know what im talking about? ok... here is the problem, you use the solution above to figure it out

Find the distance between each pair of points. Round to the nearest tenth if necessary.

C(1,1) D(3,2)

Here is my work:

d=the square root of (3-1)power of 2 + (2-1)power of 2

3-1=2....
2 to the power of 2 is 4....
2-1=1...
1 to the power of 2 is 1...
4+1=5...
the square root of 5 is 2.2 if you rounded to the nearest tenth.

My answer is d=2.2
Can anyone else confirm this??!
