One of the rules for radicals says this:
sqrt(a/b) = sqrt(a) / sqrt(b)
So....
sqrt(4/25) = sqrt(4) / sqrt(25)
You know what sqrt(4) and sqrt(25) are, right?

No, that's not right.
sqrt(4) = 2
sqrt(25) = 5
sqrt(4/25)= sqrt(4) / sqrt(25) = 2/5
NOT sqrt(2/5)......
