im thinking that the V or y intercept is 12.09, im just not sure.
the question asks that viewersV(t) in millions to watch a show for the t years after 2002is given by the above square root funstion. its also asking me to find the viewing audience for yr 2008
and when viewership will exceed 45 million.

im guessing i need to set up a table..but unsure how to get there..any help would be appreciated..tyvm in advance

For yr 2008 you have t = 6

Replace t by 6 (corrected) in the equation and find the value of V(6). <<< fixed it ... can I go out and play now?

For the next part:

45 = 9.13 * ?(t) + 12.09 ? solve for 't'

Replace t by 8 in the equation and find the value of V(6).
Go stand in the corner, Subhotosh 8-)
