Perform the operations and simplify

(-3) - sqrt(18)/-6

would it look like this: (-3) - sqrt(9*2)/-6 = (-3) - 2(sqrt 3)/-6 = 2 - 2(sqrt3)

You had it here \(\displaystyle \L\,\sqrt{9*2}\)
Then, you were all backwards. \(\displaystyle \L\,\sqrt{9*2}\,=\, \sqrt{9}*\sqrt{2}\, =\, 3*\sqrt{2}\)
