I am working on a quiz and need much help. I have not been in school for over 20 years. can you help. This is Elementary and Intermediate Algebra. I am to do the following:
List all numbers for which the rational expression is undefined
x^2 + 6x - 27

x^2 + x - 6

You have quadratic polynomials in the numerator and the denominator.

Factorize those.

Now find the numbers for which the denominator becomes zero. Your expression (function) is undefined at those values of 'x'.
