how far will i go if i travel at a speed of 120km/hour for 45 minutes.. the answer is 90 km.. can you please explain how it gets .in simple method.

Do you know the following equation:

Distance (travelled) = speed * time

How much of an hour (as a fraction) is forty-five minutes? Then how much of the 120 kilometers will be covered in that fraction of an hour? ;)
