Solving this equation more efficiently

Hi,

My equation is (b³-a²b²+a³)(a³+a²b²+b³)
I can work it out using FOIL but I also know that I can "simplify" this to:

[(a³+b³)-a²b²][(a³+b³)+a²b^2]

=(a³+b³)-(a²b²)²

But this is where I get stuck and don't understand how to complete the expanding.

You expand this like (x+y)² = x² + y² + 2xy
