Hi everyone,
I'm trying to solve a physics problem for a med entry exam I get the right answer in the book but I think my algebra behind it is wrong.
I'm really trying to understand the maths behind problems, and I've been trying to read up on algebra because it's been so long, but I don't feel like I'm getting it still

I've taken a photo of my working out and the actual answer in the book.
I'm basically just trying to solve for v, but I'm thinking my second step is just completely wrong

"A blood vessel of radius r splits into three vessels each with radius r/5. The average velocity in the larger vessel is V. What is the average velocity in each of the smaller vessel?"
