Hello, I have defiantly lost some math skill in recent years, how would i solve:

V=aQ^b

for both a and b in terms of Q and V? In other words, I know the values of both V and Q and a and b are unknown constants that I wish to solve for.

You cannot find unique values for "a" and "b", given values for "Q" and "V", because you have only one equation. To solve for the two variables, you'd need at least two equations.
