What have you tried? As a hint, your first goal is to get the 2p term alone on one side of the equation. How do you think you'd do that? Please share with us any and all work you've done on this problem, even if you know it's wrong. Thank you.

Since you have shown no work, I'll guess that you missed the classes when this was covered. Since we cannot here replace those hours of classroom instruction, you'll need to attempt online lessons, instead.
