Slopes

Slope equals rise over run. When talking about x,y coordinates (ordered pairs) that means y/x. For example if you have two pair of coordinates (0,0) and (7,4) the slope would be 4/7 which in decimal format is 0.5714285. Hope this helps. :cool:
