A boat travels at low speed for 3 min while leaving a harbor. Then it travels at a constant cruising speed for 15 min. Finally, it travels at low speed for 5 min while entering another harbor. Sketch a graph that shows the boat's speed during the trip.

This is the graph I get from the answer key but it doesn't make sense to me.

What would the graph look like if I had time vs. distance?

The boat started from a stop, accelerated to a low speed, held that speed for a bit, accelerated out of the harbor, held that greater speed for a while, and then did the reverse when going into the other harbor. Which part isn't making sense to you?
