How do you simplify these equation?

4{[8(x-3)+9]-[4(3x-2)+6]}

20+4 (with 3 as the little number next to the 4) divided by (-8)

I would've put that second one into equation form but this form doesn't allow me to do that. I hope you can understand this.

4^3 = 64
Are you saying you can't figure out answer to 20 + 64 / -8 ?

In the future, represent "the little number next to" as ^n
