How can one complete the problem and simplify/evaluate?
x^3y^-1z^6/2x^-3y^8)^5
I am using ^ for an exponent.

First, you must write more clearly. Add parentheses to clarify things.

[(x^3y^-1z^6)/(2x^-3y^8)]^5

(x^3)/(x^(-3)) = x^(3-(-3)) = x^(3+3) = x^6

You do the rest?
