Your non-standard formatting makes your meaning difficult to interpret. Do you mean any of the following for the first exercise?

. . . . .5 + sqrt[50] / 10

. . . . .(5 + sqrt[50]) / 10

. . . . .5 + sqrt[50/10]

Or something else?

Do you mean any of the following for the second exercise?

. . . . .3/4³

. . . . .3³/4

. . . . .(3/4)³

Or something else?

For each, how far have you gotten in the simplification process?
