Hi quick question my head is turning over trying to solve this.

If I have 8000 of a token bought at 0.18c and then the price increases to 2$ per token. Will I receive 16000$ as it is $2 per token or will I receive 80000$ as its 0.18 (rounded to o.2 for easier maths), 0.2 is multiplied by 10 to get to 2$ which would mean the 8000 is multiplied by 10 also?

If you sell 8000 at $2 each you'll get $16,000.
The second calculation looks strange. Yes, if you round up the purchase price to $0.20 you get a 10x increase in price to $2.00. But why are you multiplying 8000 by 10?

Because each token has increased in value by 10 and I have 8000 tokens therefore have 80000? I thought the same as you, but a little confused!

The price of one token increased 10 times, yes. The number of tokens is still 8000.

If you just have to multiply something by 10:
Your purchase price was $0.20 * 8000 = $1600
Your sale price will be ($0.20 * 10) * 8000 = $0.20 * 10 * 8000 = ($0.20 * 8000) * 10 = $1600 * 10 = $16000
So to get the total sale amount you can multiply the total purchase price by 10, not the number of tokens.

Look at it this way.
Suppose I too have 8000 of these tokens but I only paid .11c. Should we receive different amounts?

Another thing I want to point out. 0.18c IS NOT 18 CENTS. 18c IS 18 CENTS
.50c is NOT 50 Cents. NO no no!

18c does equal $0.18 but again 0.18 cents is NOT cents.

Since, for example, .50 is half, then .50 cents is half a cent !!!!!
0.18 is 18 hundredth so 0.18 cents equals 18 hundredth of a cent (much less than 1 cent!)

10 times 0.2c is NOT $2. 10 times 0.2c is 2cents. Now 10 times 20 cents IS $2
