hello!
i need to find the derivative of this function:
f(x)= (2x+5)/(square root of x)
my solution skips steps and so i cant follow...
is there an easier way then expanding it all using the quotient rule, and getting lost trying to simplify it all?
thanks!

You can imagine it as:

\(\displaystyle f(x) = \frac{2x + 5}{x^{1/2}}\)

\(\displaystyle f(x) = \frac{2x}{x^{1/2}} + \frac{5}{x^{1/2}}\)

\(\displaystyle f(x) = 2x^{1/2} + 5x^{-1/2} \quad \mbox{Differentiate term by term}\)
