I need help on how to do something in my geometry homework. I don't know how to do these kind of problems. It says:
The smaller of two similar rectangles has dimensions 4 and 6. Find the dimensions of the larger rectangle if the ratio of the perimeters is 2 to 3.
shorter side x=?, longer side x=?
I also don't understand what ratios have to do with geometry at all. Can you please explain it to me? :?
