b = a/e^2

If a is measured in joules and e is measured in m s−1, what are the SI base units of b?

I don't know where to start! Please can anyone offer a pointer?

:)

A perfect place to start is determine what units constitute a joule. Google will tell you. Start there, and then show us your answer for confirmation or else show us your work up to where you get stuck.
