solve this for x:
0 = 0.04x^2 - 0.0006x^3 + 3700

Applying the rational root theorem seems too hard, and I can't think of any better way to solve for x except to use a graphing calculator...

any ideas?

I can think of no other way except something like Newton's method. It has no integer root.
