Use U = universal set = {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, }

Set A = {1, 3, 4, 5, 9 }

Set B = {2, 4, 6, 7, 8 }

Set C = {1, 3, 4, 6 }

Find the set.

I don't agree with your answer. Before finding [imath]\overline{B\cup C}[/imath] figure out [imath]B\cup C[/imath] first.

You appear to be confusing [imath]\overline{B\cup C}[/imath] with [imath]\overline{B}\cup\overline{C}[/imath]:

You found the latter; they asked for the former. Do you see the difference?
 
I sure hope you meant "the complement of B U C"! If so, yes, that's what it means.

Do what it says: find B U C, and then find the complement of that. Why do you need to ask?
Use U = universal set = {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, }

Set B = {2, 4, 6, 7, 8 }

Set C = {1, 3, 4, 6 }

Find the complement of B U C.

B U C = {2, 4, 6, 7, 8} U {1, 3, 4, 6}

B U C = {1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8}

Let bar B U C = complement of B U C.

bar B U C = {0, 5, 9}
