Set L contains 6 consecutive integers. Set M contains....

Set L contains six consecutive integers. Set M contains all integers that result from adding six to each of the integers in set L and also contains all integers that result from subtracting six from each of the integers in set L. How many more integers are there in set M than in set L ?

Please show the set up and explanation of this problem

And yet, every time you are given the (hard) set-up and left with a fully-explained (easy) finish, you reply with something along the lines of, "Oh, yeah; I could do all that. Now do the last bit. That's where I'm actually stuck." :shock:

Naturally, this leads to perfectly-understandable confusion and frustration, which I'm sure you'd like to avoid. So why don't you show us what you've got so far, and then we won't be wasting your time by providing you the stuff you'll say you had already completed, okay? :idea:

Yes, your response was very helpful thank you...and that comment was directed at stapel
I just didnt appreciate the tone ...i'd rather figure it out on my own rather than have someone make me feel bad
about not knowing exactly what to do..like i said i'm not a math major! haha
