Sample space: {A, B, C, D}

P(A) = 0.2, P(B) = 0.2, P(C) = 0.15, P(D) = 0.45

Then P(B, C, D) = _____

if you add the probabilities for B,C, and D, you get 0.80, this is my answer. Is this right? Thanks for checking my answer.

See, now you switched notation.

There is an easier way.

Pr(B,C,D) = 1 - Pr(A)

OK, these are too easy. Stop second guessing yourself.
