Please help me in solving
If ?, ?, ? are the roots of the equation

5x3?8x2 + 7x + 6 = 0

Find the equation whose roots are

?2 + ?2 + ?? , ?2 + ?2 + ? ?, ?2 + ?2 + ??

Note:
? means beta & Gamma.
?2 + ?2 + ?? means alpha square+ Beta square + gamma square+ Beta Alpha
?2 + ?2 + ? ? means Beta square+ gamma square+ gamma beta
?2 + ?2 + ?? means gamma square+ aplha square + gamma alpha
5x3?8x2 + 7x + 6 = 0 means 5x^3-8x^2+7x+6=0

Write B and G for Beta and Gamma. If write the same symbol for both of those how do we know which one is which?

why don't you write 5x^3-8x^2+7x+6=0 to begin with? That is th standard notation.
