Maybe they haven't given you formulas.....but you should have learned some properties of a rhombus. Here are a couple that you should find helpful in solving your problem:
1) All four sides of a rhombus are the same length (so if you can find the length of one side, it should be easy to find the perimeter).
2) The diagonals of a rhombus bisect each other (review the meaning of "bisect" if necessary)
3) The diagonals of a rhombus are perpendicular (this will give you some right triangles)
And remember your good friend Pythagoras.......
Of course, you DID draw a diagram for this problem as your first step, didn't you?
