Hey all, I was wondering if I could get some help on a couple of problems I'm having some trouble with. I'm rather flaky when it comes to algebra and I was hoping to keep some extra practice in before school starts. The problems I'm stuck on are:
Solve for p:
a) hp-1 = q+kp+6p
b) 3(p+2)^-1 - (4/p)=0
for both questions, I am unsure of what steps to take to solve what p is. Any help would be welcome.
Also, if anyone knows of a website where I can get more practice and teaching for this stuff, I would love to check it out. Thanks in advance.
