Regions defined by polar equations

Find the area of the region inside spiral r=4? and outside the circle r=2sin?.

any help with this question would be greatly appreciated, i have no idea how to even begin to approach it
 
Graphing always helps. Find the area from 0 to pi/2 and double it.

0π2[(4t)2(2sin(t))2]dt\displaystyle \int_{0}^{\frac{\pi}{2}}\left[(4t)^{2}-(2sin(t))^{2}\right]dt
