mmkaayy. how do i find the circumference of a sphere or circle, if i am given the measurement of <C [the vertex] and the arc length of AB? it's been a while since we have done these....[so, there is an angle in the circle/sphere....is this an ok description...?? ]

for example, m<C=90 deg. & mAB=14in...of a circle...

i know that arc length=mAB/360*2[pi]r

but i don't know the value of the radius...so i need to find the radius but i don't know how....

any help is appreciated. thanks. :]

Use your formula and solve for 2[pi]r.

(arc length)/(mAB/360) = 2[pi]r = Circumference
