I don't understand some pharse in the document:

Support training: This will be provided to parents, tutors, or other designated individuals. The support training will include instruction in Davis Symbol Mastery for the 21 Math Trigger Words and will highlight specific needs of the individual. A follow-up schedule is agreed upon.

What is the meaning of pharse is agreed upon?
What is the writer of the document mean for?

correction: I don't under = I don't understand
In the end:
What is the writer of the document mean to... by the words A follow-up scheduled is agreed upon?

This is, of course, not a math question at all. Did you try to find a dictionary explanation?

agree (up)on

To accept a proposal or idea in accord with others; to reach a consensus. The union and the company have finally agreed on the terms of the new contract. Bob and Sheila are both so busy that they can't agree upon a date for the party. My fiancé and I are of like mind on many things, but we just can't agree on how many guests to invite to our wedding.

Your sentence means that the people involved determine a schedule that they all accept.

"Your sentence means that the people involved determine a schedule that they all accept."
Can you explain in other words who are they all?
1- Only the People who does the Davis's plan or
2 - the company that does the exercises and also the people who practice the exercises?

How can we know? What they wrote is vague, so I replicated that. (As I said, this is not math!)

It seems to me that "A follow-up schedule is agreed upon," written in a passive form and not specifying "by whom", almost intentionally omits the information you are asking for. If they wanted to be clear, they wouldn't have written it that way.

But I would expect it to mean "all the people involved", in some sense, namely both the company and the clients.

You need to ask them, if it matters to you!
