What is "this"? You included no instructions. Are you "simplifying"? "Expressing in exponential notation"? "Evaluating"? Or something else?
Also, is the following what you meant?
. . . . .\(\displaystyle \dfrac{\sqrt[7]{\strut a^2\, }}{\sqrt[21]{\strut a^2 \,}}\)
In particular, are the "squareds" supposed to be inside the radicals, or outside?
