Quick Absolute-value Q: Does |x| = -4x have no soln?

Ok since |x| = -4 is no solution, does that mean that |x| = -4x is also no solution? And what about |x| = 4 - x?

BTW how would I solve this: |x+2|=|2x-4|? Wouldn't I have to move an absolute value set over to the other side so that all the absolute value sets are on one side or something?

Thanks

|x| = -4x has the solution x=0.

|x| = 4 - x has the solution x=2.

To answer the "BTW", just square both sides and solve.
