Questions Related to Complex nubmers,limits and matrixes.

Hello everyone!
There are some questions that i saw during the previous exam,that i have problems with.
I will stick them in here,with my |solutions".
There are 2 questions related to complex numbers,in both of them i have problem with finding the angl.
2 limit problems that i am not sure about and matrix problem,that is also kind of confusing me..
In first matrix problem i dont think that i am following the task as well,and then i have troubles with solving the matrix itself with all the methods(gauss,invers method etc.).So i think there is something special that i have to do.And in second problem i am completely lost,and thats why i need to see how to solve it,so i can understand logic behind it.
If someone could help me with solutions to provided problems it would be very helpfull for me now and makes a lot of thing clear for me.

Even the enlarged images are too small for me to read. Also, reading sideways hurts my neck.

If you saw the guidelines, then you know we like separate threads for separate exercises. Instead of fitting all your work into a single image, try using individual images. Then they display in a larger size.
